Love 'em! These genuine porcelain shards are gathered from village sites throughout China. They come set in a silver-plated bezel. The shards range from recently collected to up to 100 years old. Each blue and white charm is different. A freshwater pearl dangles to the side, and it is hung on an 18" sterling silver ball chain. The porcelain charm definitely does have an old look and feel to it. Since the bezel is silver-plated, it can not be polished to a shiny finish.
